What to remember when scheduling:

1. Select 3 possible dates.
2. Determine the time for each presentation allowing 15 minutes in between each one.
3. Choose up to 5 presentations.
4. Provide the number of classes and students in each grade level. This is critical to ensure enough follow-up materials are provided.
5. Reserve a quiet, clean, and cozy room for the presentations. Libraries and multi-purpose rooms are best.
6. Make sure to have the required adult supervision for all presentations.
7. Arrange for the travel fee ($65 within Davidson County, $95 within surrounding counties) to be paid in advance by mail or on the day of presentations.

The counties served by Kids on the Block of STARS are Cannon, Davidson, Dickson, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, and Wilson.
