Partners Inc Provides the Following Services Over a 2-5 Year Process

- Technical assistance in assessing strengths, resources, and needs through focus groups, surveys, assessment instruments, school climate surveys and school data
- Consultation to the school in identifying interventions to address needs using a strategic planning model and working closely together with a Core Implementation Committee
- Professional development and training through summer institutes and staff in-services such as:
- Creating a more peaceful school/classroom
- Classroom meetings
- Social Emotional Skill Development
- Dealing with differences/culturally responsive practices
- Creating meaningful school community/family relationships
- Communication for Cultural Competency
- Cooperative discipline/tools for managing diverse classrooms
- Instructional Components for at-risk and in-school suspension programs
- Others chosen by staffs in subsequent years
- Coaching and Modeling in classrooms
- Assistance in Evaluating the progress of the interventions and overall Partners Inc. process
