Respecting & Accepting Diversity (45 minutes – may also be appropriate for 6th grade)
This program defines stereotyping and prejudice and challenges students to examine their attitude about people who are different than they. It emphasizes fairness and respect among all people, encourages good citizenship by embracing differences and empowers students to speak out in unjust situations.
