Montrel began his journey with STARS Nashville as a Restorative Practice Assistant, where he supported students and staff in building positive relationships and fostering a healthy school climate. His dedication to helping others and his passion for technology led him to transition into his current role as an IT Support Specialist. Montrel holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Educational Technology, both from Tennessee State University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.
