Josie Dorazio-Giardina serves as the Communications Coordinator for STARS Nashville and has a passion for education, storytelling, and creating meaningful connections. She earned her Doctor of Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University and her Master of Business Administration and bachelor’s degree from Fitchburg State University.
Her experience spans higher education, government, and private industry, where she has led strategic communications and marketing initiatives focused on engagement, accessibility, and impact. She is especially passionate about using communication to support access, connection, and opportunity for young people, which aligns closely with the mission of STARS Nashville.
Originally from New England, Josie now proudly calls Nashville home. She enjoys practicing Krav Maga, catching live music around the city, and spending time with her partner, Jordan, along with her dog, Henry, and cat, Shiva.
